1. Do you accept payment in the form of Checks or Money Orders?

   No, All payments must be Credit / Debit card based.

2. Can my "Bill To" (Credit Card Address) and my "Ship To" address' be different?

   Yes, Just indicate your wishes during your automated order process.

3. Do you store my Credit Card Information?

   No. Sunridge Distribution, Inc. does not store any credit card information, at any time, for any reason.  If you subscribe to the monthly subscription service your credit card information is stored by Authorize.net and is encrypted for your protection..

4. Do you charge Sales Tax?

   Yes, we charge sales tax for all Amplifive, Fridge Guard, and Flushies orders shipping to the states of Nevada and Pennsylvania.

   For Smokingel orders, sales and local taxes are charged for the state and counties of Florida.

Shipping Information

1. Do you offer Overnight shipping?

   Not at this time

3. How long will it take from the time I place my order until you ship it?

   We process and package orders daily, except for Sundays and legal holidays.

4. How will my order be shipped?

   Your order for Amplifive, Fridgeguard and Flushies will ship via the United States Post Office

   Your order for Smokingel will ship via UPS Ground from the 386 products fulfillment center.

5. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

   No

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your returns policy?

   All returns for defective product shall be made by the manufacturer.

   Sunridge Distribution, Inc. will not accept returns or issue credits for returned product.

   You must contact the manufacturer.
